YEC Japan 2026 — Batch Japan
Nov 16–24, 2026 · Osaka · Fujikawaguchiko · TokyoMore than a conference

Youth Empowerment Conference (YEC) is an international youth empowerment institution dedicated to developing character-driven leaders with a global perspective. Grounded in the 165 value system, YEC's approach follows one framework: Know Yourself, Build Character, Find Purpose, Lead & Execute, Create Impact.
Through training, discussion forums, study projects, and global exposure, YEC develops human capital balanced across three forms of intelligence — spiritual, emotional, and intellectual — preparing young people to create positive impact for their communities and the world.
